HAHAHA...Hey Flygirl.....Do what I do & just give them your license from the year before..I've been doing that since my first license...I think my license still says I weigh 160......I haven't weighed 160 since I was 16 years old......I was 220 when I was playing rugby in college....Now I'm probably still about 220 but w/ a lot less muscle tone... .........Why do they need your weight on there anyway? Anyone know? THe funny thing is that I've had my license looked at by game wardens before & not one has ever questioned the weight on my license or asked for bakcup ID......I definitely don't look 160lbs....

Huh?What?Huh?

Happy Holidays to all....

Flygirl, I feel your pain. I am still only 100 lbs....

Paw, good question.... why do they need your weight? Are they afraid that I will displace too much water when I wade? Will I make the levee break? My favorite color is green in case anyone wants to know.

Also, in NJ, they ask if you owe any back child support. That's the truth.

I think it has to do w/ making the warden's job easier.....You figure if he catches you coming out w/ no fish, he can pull the scale out of the trunk of the cruiser & make you stand on it....If you're over the weight it says on your license, they check inside your waders for smuggled fish.... .....Happy holidays all......I'm giddily looking forward to getting my license on New Year's Day......That's a little tradition I have w/ myself....

:D Happy Holidays to everyone on Flyaddict. My wish for you is --- Health, Happiness, and lots of fish for 2007.
And as for the license thing, I hate the hair color question. I can't decide between grey or white.

Flygirl...

LIE about the weight!!...everyone looks larger in waders and vest, etc.

What is REALLY depressing is when the lady at the town clerk's office changes hair color from brown to gray...without even asking!!! :D

Have a great holiday, slim!!

People love to buy gifts for fisherman. There is always an abundance of novelty products devoted to our love and like all hobbies people can staple you to them. Your distant cousin who you never met finds out that you fish.....BOOM "worlds best fisherman" mug to sip your spiked egg nogg out of. It's the fine tuning it to fly fisherman that takes knowing you a smidge more.

Happy holidays to everyone and their families!
