Hey Y' all
I am new to the board, just stumbled across it today. Love the site and the forum. I tip my hat to the sponsors and moderators. Keep up the great work. Lots of great information here.
I am originally from West Hartford and I have been held captive (by my wife) in South Carolina for the past 16 years. Some day I'll will get a chance to move back home. The older I get, the more I miss it. Still have family in CT and come back to visit.
I fished the TMA on the Farmington a year a go. It was great! Caught several huge browns, had a blast. It has come a long way with all the help from conservation groups and volunteers. You all have a real 'blue ribbon' fishery in your back yard! You all have done a great job! I look forward to coming up to fish this summer.
Down here I mostly fish in North Carolina. South Carolina has some trout streams but not many. I have to drive 2-3 hours each way to get to prime trout water. But the drive is worth it for the time of rest and relaxation. It reminds me of home.
Well, again great work on the site and forum.
