This should let other hatchery owners or anyone else know not to shoot the birds.
The owner Michael Zak got 3 years mandatory and $65,000 in fines.He's been calling around to other hatcheries to liquidate his stock so he can go out.The worst may not be over for him because now the state can take a crack.
