I usually can find any pattern I need somewhere on the Internet. Not this pattern however. Perhaps I need a different pattern name. The only imitation I've seen is a foam pattern that seemed pretty simple. All I remember is the black foam. Hope someone hears our plea.

The pattern I always use & it DOES work for me, is on pg.157 of Thomas Ames Hatch Guide for New England Streams. I use Brown thread, Tan foam & Brown hackle on a #22 hook. If you do not have this book.......you should have it. Good luck & let us know how you make out.
