Has anyone read or used the Flytyers Benchside Reference. The book is
very costly apx. $100.00. Would like some comments before oredring it ,

Its a good reference, I've had mine for years. It can be had for much cheaper than $100 for sure.

I also have that book...it's has alot of good info I have yet to use . $100 was too high for me so when I saw it on Amazon I bought it. well worth the money.

I see it new/used for $53.00 on Amazon. Also check www.half.com

I highly recommend it. Haven't run into any technique/method yet that isn't included. Whenever I need a refresher on an old method I haven't used in a while, I go to it and often find a better way of doing something I thought I knew cold. Bought mine on Amazon for lot less than retail. I also look in the New/Used sections of any book and usually find new books from independant dealers for less than the Amazon posted pricing.

I got the book from B&N, using some gift cards and there 15% discount it only cost 15.90. The book is much better than I thought,have only had it for a week. I have not even scratched the surface of what it has in but so its been GREAT. Thanks for the tips they helped me make a good choice,so the fourm is doing what a good forum should do.
