I picked up a copy of "Fly Fishing for Striped Bass" by Rich Murphy recently. I am thoroughly enjoying it right now. The photography is beautiful. The text can only be described as "meaty". Rich has a very deep understanding of striped bass and goes into great detail. The text is dense (high information content) but readable. The book is a little pricey at $50 list, but can be had for less at Amazon.

Anyone else read this yet?

Good read, about 1/2 way through the book at this juncture. Found some of it to be a bit overkill and find myself putting the book down from time to time losing interest. But, still an encyclopedia of information, highly recommended.

I borrowed a friend's copy, but just received my own copy as well. Great book, although if you travel to fish, you'll have to check it separately since it's bigger than your suitcase!
