I don't keep fish very often, but I caught a nice rainbow on the Eight Mile River yesterday, and realized I didn't have any place to put the thing while I kept fishing. I ended up putting it in the big back pocket on my vest.
Is there a soft canvas or cloth fish bag or creel available? I don't see myself carrying a wicker basket - it wouldn't go with the rest of my raggedy gear.

Well, it isn't elegant, but it would serve -- Army Surplus (https://secure.armysurplusforless.com/productView.php?id=1418)

British fishing bag makers such as Hardy are a bit pricier, but the Hardy Aln bag may be for you -- Hardy Bags (http://www.dkenneyflyrods.com/dkenneybambooflyrods_033.htm)

While I haven't used it, I've seen several people using the Articreel. Seems to be popular.

I usually just drop them into my waders, 'specially in the TMA
