Man if this rains keeps up much longer I'll have enough flies tied for the next 3 years. Wasn't it like this for a few weeks last fall?

Last fall on the hous, the entire month of october was blown out. We missed the peak of the fall fishing. It was really too bad for the fly shops and anyone with a fly fishing related business. Imagine having no customers for an entire month?

I love fall fishing the most. There is something about a New England trout stream or river in the fall.

The funny thing is that in August, we'll all be hearing about how low the reservoirs are.....It never fails....

Rain is my worst enemy this summer!!! I am home from boston (i go to school near fenway) and i am home roofing this summer. when it rains, I don't work, and it usually rains hard.. plus the river is much too high and muddy... when it is nice im on the job workin all day... this summer is frustrating.. especially when you want to get in as much fishing as possible before you get back to needle infested boston waters..
