Does anyone have the specs on a homemade tying bench? I have a few ideas but am looking for some more input. Thanks
These sites have articles about building your own bench:

I have a spinet desk, but it is not used for fly tying. A spinet desk would make a nice bench. You can find them in antique shops or ebay.

Here's one in NH:

I just built one for about 30 bucks based on this one.

Fun project and helps to keep things organized. I like it because I can tye in different rooms. Some days I like to be in front of the tv, others down in the basement.
I added some brass rod and a couple of other items. Easy project if you want a "portable" tying area.
Now if someone has ideas on material storage
