Fly Fishing Small Streams, by John Gierach.

Seriously, nicely done Rangeley-style streamer. And I agree on Gierach's Fly Fishing Small Streams. AT, I also like Dave Hughes' Trout From Small Streams, which I could see is on BRK TRTs bookshelf too.
