I would much rather be on a favorite small stream.
But a grilled porterhouse, a warm fire, and some very fine company is a close second.

We made spaghetti and sausage tonight. Had it with a nice dry Italian red. :-)

I cooked outside like you, BRK TRT. Grilled tenderloin, seafood stuffed portabellas, and a nice Cotes Du Ventoux for me, with a merlot for the wife. Fireplace roaring, and a couple of classic movies. Snow? What snow?

Wow, looks like we are starting to develop a menu for a winter cookout.

breakfast burrito (eggs, sausage, onions, peppers, hotsauce)...coffee...fireplace roaring and the vise is out for the day.
add a little football and I will get through the storm in fine shape today.
Homemade broth, Italian bread, French wine. Cigar.
