The Connecticut Fly Fisherman’s Association will present a fly fishing program on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at the Veteran’s Memorial Clubhouse, 100 Sunset Ridge, East Hartford, CT., at 7:00 pm
The speakers for the March meeting will be Whit and Maureen Carter.
They are the owners of Lakewood Camps in Western Maine at Middle Dam.
Their program will be on fishing that area including the Rapid River, upper
Androscogan River, Kenebago and Magalaway rivers.
It is a beautiful part of Maine with a lot of history and great fishing and wildlife.
Admission is free and the public is invited to attend. There will be a fly tyers round table and raffle prior to the presentation.
