Hi All, mid-way through reading a great book entitiled "The Big One" by David Kinney. It's about the Martha's Vineyard Fishing Derby, its participants, stories, lore, and history. Great reading. Paul D

I read it a while back and really enjoyed it. Quite a few characters in that book and some cool history of the island. Definitely worth the time.

I finished my copy a few weeks ago - very good read. My only regret was not seeing him in person and getting it signed at a CSA meeting a month ago.

I almost picked that book up over the weekend, but instead opted for Lefty Kreh's autobiography.

I should have gotten the other book. I think Lefty is great, and I've liked his other books, but this autobiography, well....
