Inserting a image in a post using Firefox

How do I insert an image / picture in a post or reply using Mozilla firefox? Do I need authorization from the web site. I've tried just cut and paste but nothing seems to work.

You need to upload an image to the gallery first. Follow the tutorials in the Flyaddict Site 101.
