The American Museum of Fly Fishing is holding it's first Battenkill Bash.
They'll be having an "Antique Tackle Road Show"...there will be appraisers there to give estimates on antique rod, reels as well as books.
Other events will be going on during the day...the daytime event is open to the general public(free during the day according to a Museum employee I spoke to today on the phone) and they will be having an evening dinner that costs $60.00. Manchester is not that far away and I wouldn't be surprised to find tricos hatching in the morning on the Battenkill. I can't make it becuase of family responsibilities but maybe someone else can??
Visit www.amff.com to see the event invite which was published in the American Flyfisher.
