kayak/paddling forums

[Riffle]

Does anybody know if there are any good kayak/paddling forums out there for folks interested in paddling in CT (not necessarly fishing related)? My wife and I are just starting to get into this as a recreation, but are more or less unindocrinated into the finer points of the sport.

I haven't been there in a while, but at one time they were not overly fond of fishermen. During the Housatonic dams relicensing battle, things got a bit heated between the two sides, and these folks were against run of river. But they seemed like a decent bunch of folks in spite of a different view than mine. Take a look.
