No Icon in text editor to add photo

You are probably using the wrong text editor if you do not see an image icon to link photos in your post.

Go to Forum Actions in the menu, then General Settings, then scroll down to Miscellaneous Options. Select Enhanced Interface. Make sure to save changes.

My posting permissions say I cannot post attachments...............can I change that?
