How to recieve new posts by email?

I have a busy some long days coming up at work. How can I receive new posts through email. would like to clear my mind during down time and fishing or talking about fishing is the way to do it

I don't know that you can do that with the entire forum. You would have to subscribe to a thread or when you make a post check notify by email if you want to follow one thread.

Todd -- not to put more work on your plate, but Feedburner sends those types of emails and works off an rss feed. If you create an rss feed for the whole board folks can likely subscribe to that. I haven't done this with vBulletin but it's easy to do with Blogger and Wordpress. I assume there's a vBulletin widget as well.
