Finally got around to picking up "A River Never Sleeps" by Haig-Brown. Never read his writing before... been looking to pick up "what the trout said" but haven't found an edition I willing to pay out for... but will eventually. I also have a compilation of famous angling writers articles about the Neversink, forget the title...

My wife found it at the dollar store. I'm on page 167 of 246. Some of it is only worth a dollar (too much speaking in the 3rd person crap) but much of it made me laugh out loud. It reminds me of what it was like to grow up fishing and how life goes full circle. For a buck I would recommend it.
