I don't have any 2 weights (yet) but I do own a Orvis Superfine Trout Bum 6'6" 3wt. Full Flex & a Hardy Glass 6' 3wt. also slow action. Really like both these for tight quarters. The Orvis is now called the Superfine Touch and is more expensive than the older model. They Superfine Touch is really nice, maybe someday.
I also own another 3wt., a 6'6" Echo Carbon Fast Action that I use as a back pack rod. Good rod for the price.
I think BRK TRT owns a 2wt that he likes a lot. It's either a St. Croix or a TFO I believe.

You may want to take a look at the TFO Signature Series.
    I have a 6ft 2wt that I love. It's a great rod for all types of small streams. I think I paid 99.00.

I would suggest picking up an Orvis rod of your choice..if you don't like it for whatever reason, send it back and get a full refund. Besides that though, I've not had much experience with 2 wt's but Orvis does make nice rods.

Todd K has a 2 weight he loves. Try PMing him.

Matt, do you work for Orvis?? I would think these days any rod co. would replace a broken rod, I used to think quite highly of this co. but these days not so much. just my opinion.....of course

For under 350 you will be able to put together a nice setup. I looked into buying a brookie setup just over two years ago. Did not see many 2wt rods that I liked. I looked at St. Croix, TFO, Greys, Echo, I have a 6'6" greys 4wt GRXi+ fast action that I like for brookie fishing. Rod, reel, fly line set up was approximately $250. Similar to AT, another fishing buddy has the echo carbon 6'6" 3wt outfit that is nice as well.

Good luck looking for your setup.

    Nick,
I have two 2wt rods 8' TFO pro series and 7' greys GS2, I use the shorter on for tight small stream fishing. I use the 8' rod for days were I may be fishing a small stream the junctions with a bit larger one. But I do 85% of my small stream fishing with an old 5'3" 4wt fiberglass rod. I have had it so long the makers name has worn off of it. I think it may be a fenwick or Pfluger, I have had it for 30 years. I like it because you can bang it around and not woryy about breaking it.
